1. Scope
These terms apply to hosting, web development, maintenance, optimization, security and other digital services ordered through the website or an accepted proposal.
Service and correspondence addresses: 7 Liscappagh Ave, Cappoge, Dublin 11, D11 V4AX, Ireland; 26/3 Mihail Sadoveanu Street, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.
2. Orders and contract
Prices are displayed in EUR. The features, billing period and limits of each service are those shown on the product page and order confirmation.
A contract is accepted after the order and payment are confirmed or after a custom proposal is expressly accepted.
3. Service activation
During the initial stage we use a mixed flow: the order and payment are completed in WordPress and hosting activation is manually verified.
Estimated delivery begins after the client provides the required information, access and materials. Delays in providing them extend the delivery schedule.
4. Payments and renewals
Payments may be processed by PayPal and, once activated, Stripe. Full card details are not stored by Ginnovate.
Until the subscription module is activated, renewals are manual. No recurring charge is initiated without informing the client and obtaining consent.
5. Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful activity, malware, spam, infringement, attacks or abusive resource consumption.
We may restrict or temporarily suspend a service that threatens the infrastructure or other users, with notice whenever circumstances allow.
6. Content, access and intellectual property
The client confirms that supplied materials may lawfully be used and keeps copies of important content.
Rights in custom deliverables transfer as stated in the proposal after full payment. Tools, licences and third-party components remain subject to their own terms.
7. Liability and continuity
We take reasonable measures for security, availability and backups, but no online infrastructure can promise zero risk or absolute uptime.
Liability is not limited where the law prohibits limitation. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting term.
8. Cancellation, applicable law and complaints
Withdrawal and refund rights are explained in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Consumers retain mandatory rights under EU, Irish and Moldovan law, as applicable.
For complaints or notices, use the Contact page and include the order number and a clear description of the request.
